Ebru Şallı shares her Weight Watcher's Homemade Yogurt Secret: Despite being a genuine food-lover, Şallı manages to keep her slender figure. One of her weight watching secrets involves her own plain and simple, foolproof 'recipe' for yogurt --- which you can use to enliven your meals too. Start with a liter of milk (your choice of fat-percentage) which should be warm to the touch of your finger. Add a Turkish tea glassful of 'starter' yogurt and mix well until the mixture is perfectly smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass jar or bowl. Close the top of the jar (or place a towel over the bowl) and, in a warm location, don't move or disturb the mixture in any way for 8 hours. When the yogurt is set, you may let it rest in the refrigerator -- until your next Weight Watcher mealtime...
