The mini photo-article explains that Seben Koçibey (Seben Kocibey)
(whose only claim to fame is as
a sister-in-law to the notorious, Cem Uzan)
visited Turkey (in 2004) from the USA where she lives.
And, no sooner had she arrived than she donned her skimpiest mini-dress and went bar-hopping in Istanbul.
Feeling no pain by the time she reached the Caliente Club in Balmumcu with her then-current boyfriend (social gadabout Cem Candaş) -- Seben Koçibey (Seben Kocibey) had a very good time indeed, until the wee small hours of the morning...
As the night wore on, she became more and more effected by alcohol and the romantic music --
and she and Cem Bey became
'entangled' on the dance floor.
That attracted the attention of Istanbul's ever-present 'Night Life' paparazzi -- and they, along with a crowd of interested onlookers, were astonished by the numerous frikikler that Koçibey (Kocibey) comfortably dished out,
to one and all.
One merrymaking onlooker at Caliente's wet-bar was quoted as saying,
"Seben Koçibey (Seben Kocibey) came to the Club half-naked. Will you get a load of that dress!"
Witnesses couldn't agree whether she was wearing a teeny-weeny thong underneath the dress --
or just 'the emperors clothes'...
